HONEYBEAST

The band was set up in Szeged in 2005. Issued in the same year, the song entitled Parazita (Parasite) drew the attention of the MTV Hungary and the MR2-Petőfi Radio Station. Portugál, their first hit in 2010 was followed by a period of massive changes (2011–2012), during which the jazz singer, Zsófia Tarján joined and the band recorded its second album to be launched in 2014. The track that titles the album, A legnagyobb hőshöz (Song to the biggest of heroes) was selected for the finals of the A Dal  song contest, the animated video being accomplished with Zsófi’s drawings. The album has given several hits, such as Egyedül (Alone) or Maradok (I’ll stay), which are still being broadcasted. The band has two Golden Disk Awards, the public singing their songs at the concerts, which are constantly performed with a full house. Symphony is an outstanding and very successful production. The album entitled Súlytalan (Imponderable) appeared in 2017, followed by Élet a Marson (Life on the Mars) in 2018.
