This Privacy Notice aims to inform you about how information about you is collected, stored, used and disclosed when you use the contact form on this website or attending 9. Kolozsvári Magyar Napok (Hungarian Cultural Days of Cluj, “KMN”) events.

The Controller collects and store the following informations when you send messages through the contact form (magyarnapok.ro/2018/en/contact): name, email address and the content of your message.

The information collected is used: in order to respond to enquiries and provide customer service.

The Controller does not rent or sell the information collected to anyone. The information collected may be shared and disclosed in the following limited circumstances.

KMN events participants.
3. Data processed when you participate at KMN events
The types of information collected
During the KMN events video footage and photos will be taken, which may or may not include your recognizable image.
The use of information collected
The Controller will use the videos and/or photos in print, digital or web-based formats for promotional, reporting and archival purposes.
Disclosure of information collected
The Controller may share and distribute the images and videos on several channels: on Controller’s website (magyarnapok.ro), Facebook pages (fb.com/magyarnapok and fb.com/zilelemaghiarecluj), Instagram account (instagram.com/magyarnapok), and Youtube channels (youtube.com/user/kolozsvarmagyarnapok and youtube.com/channel/UCGcrmpDt_NyZhT3GIBZMvrg).
Grounds for using information collected
The Controller relies on his legitimate interests when images are taken at KMN events. If you do not wish to have the Controller use your image, please contact the organizers for opting out.
4. Storage of information collected
The information collected is retained no longer than as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information is collected, and to comply with imposed legal obligations.
